Total support for new cooling/Heating line installations with short lead times!

We would like to introduce an example of a company that was rapidly considering establishing a new line to accept orders and manufacture products that it had not manufactured before.
In this case, the customer was targeting a group of products for which demand is expected to increase in the future, but the process of filling at high temperatures, cooling, and reheating was required, and the cooling process in particular was a bottleneck. However, we provided total support including solving this part.

Customer problems

When a customer receives an order for and manufactures a product that has not been manufactured before, the new production line is required to be completed in about three months, including design considerations, and the delivery time is extremely long for such a large-scale facility. There was no situation.

In this equipment, there was a process of filling at high temperature → cooling → reheating, but especially in the cooling process, it was necessary to rapidly cool the product from a little below 90℃ to about 40℃, and condensation on the product had to be avoided. Therefore, it was a very difficult technical issue.

Proposals/measures 

We proposed that we install a chilled conveyor cooling system (tunnel-type air cooling device) manufactured by Ryo-netsu Kogyo Co., Ltd.Along the way, we considered installing spot air conditioners and other types of equipment, but even though spot air conditioners are large, they do not have enough cooling capacity and there are concerns about condensation, freezing equipment creates frost, and water cooling equipment requires a process to wipe off moisture. Not only that, but we were unable to come to terms with the deadline, budget, and the need to renovate the building.

Therefore, we considered using chilled conveyor cooling made by Ryo-netsu Kogyo Co., Ltd.We were able to solve the problem of rapid cooling and condensation, and there was no need to remodel the building.Additionally, by using standard products for the conveyor and heater, we were able to meet the customer's delivery deadline.Currently, the production line is functioning without any problems, and our customers are increasing the number of items they manufacture.
