Created a fresh cream shape changing adapter by T-REX, easy replacement for cartridge type.

For food manufacturers, we created an adapter using resin cutting to change the shape when squeezing fresh cream. Manufactured from POM material by resin cutting, and has a shape that can be fastened with bolts.

Customer problems

Originally, we were using a star-shaped fresh cream outlet, but we received a request to change it to a different shape, such as a round shape, depending on the type of product.Furthermore, rather than simply changing to a round shape, we received a request to return to the existing star shape by changing the timing or production process.

Proposals/measures 

When requesting parts machining, the customer had already consulted the equipment manufacturer, but the answer was ``not available,'' leaving the customer unsure of where to turn.Therefore, we would like to ask you to contact us.

Therefore, we proposed a ``cartridge-type'' discharge outlet, which would be easy to replace and anyone could work on, and the idea was adopted.

The customer was particularly concerned about fresh cream leaking through the gaps when using the cartridge system, but we utilized one of our strengths, ``rubber knowledge,'' to solve the problem by using O-rings.
