The newly adopted project will demonstrate, through the acquisition of technical standards, a bridge and road repair method that uses a special elastic heated composite material, which has not yet been introduced in Vietnam, to reduce environmental impact.
The aim is to have the proposed technology adopted as a standard in public works projects, and to contribute to solving issues such as early deterioration of bridges and road surfaces, insufficient maintenance budgets, and improving road surface soundness.
